Welcome to AI Exam Boost. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

The platform available at https://examboost.ai/ (the "Website" or "Platform") is owned and operated by NEUROAI FUSION LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, browsing, or using this Platform, you ("you", "your", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform and its services, including but not limited to AI-powered question generation, mock tests, and performance analytics (the "Services"), constitutes your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Acknowledgment of AI-Generated Content

Important Disclaimer: The questions, answers, explanations, and other content generated by AI Exam Boost are created using advanced artificial intelligence models. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI can make mistakes. The generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or information that is not up-to-date.
  • The content provided is for educational and practice purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for official study materials, professional academic advice, or the definitive content of any examination.
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and applicability of all information before relying on it for your exam preparation. The Company shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or for any decisions made based on the AI-generated content.

3. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

  1. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plans you purchase, as described on our Pricing page. All payments are handled through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.
  2. Pricing Modification: We reserve the right to change our subscription plan prices at any time. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles upon providing you with reasonable notice, such as an email or a notification on the Platform. Price changes will not affect your current, active billing cycle.
  3. "Mock Test Credits" (or similar credits) are the unit of currency on the Platform. One credit is typically consumed for generating or attempting a test of up to 25 questions, or for downloading a PDF. This rate is subject to change and will be clearly indicated on the relevant pages. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  4. Unused credits will expire at the end of your subscription's validity period and will not be carried over upon renewal unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
  5. Boost Coins: "Boost Coins" are a promotional reward currency earned through activities such as referrals.
    • Boost Coins may be used to purchase or redeem certain services on the Platform, as and when such features are made available.
    • Conversion to Cash: Eligible users may request to convert their available Boost Coins into real cash ("Redemption"). Redemptions are subject to the following conditions:
      1. The conversion rate is fixed at 1 Boost Coin = 1 INR.
      2. Redemption requests can only be made for amounts in multiples of 1000 Boost Coins (i.e., for ₹1000 INR or its multiples).
      3. You must have a minimum balance of 1000 available Boost Coins to be eligible for a Redemption.
      4. All Redemption requests will be processed via bank transfer to a valid bank account in India and are subject to the deduction of applicable transaction fees and taxes as per Indian law.
      5. The Company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of earned Boost Coins and to deny any Redemption request if fraudulent activity, system abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
    • The terms related to Boost Coins, including the conversion rate and redemption policies, are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion with prior notice.

4. User Obligations

  1. To access the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  2. You agree to use the Platform and Services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
  3. You agree to pay any applicable charges for availing the Services as per the pricing plans displayed on the Website.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on this Website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by the Company. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any of the content without our written consent.

6. User-Generated Content and Sharing

  1. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the documents and materials you upload to the Platform ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you (e.g., generating questions).
  2. Public Test Pages: If you choose to create a public, shareable link for a mock test (a "Public Test Page"), you grant us the right to display the test's non-sensitive metadata (such as its name and your brand name) and its questions on a publicly accessible webpage. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share the content within these public tests.
  3. Generated PDFs: Any PDF documents generated and downloaded through our Service are for your personal or internal educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit these PDFs without the express written permission of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

  1. Your use of our Services and the Platform is entirely at your own risk. The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Platform for any particular purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Important Note on Plan Upgrades: Upgrading your subscription plan will add new credits and features to your account. However, it does not extend your existing plan's validity period. Your plan's expiration date is determined by your initial purchase or last renewal date. Please check your "Account Info" page for your current plan's validity.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, West Bengal.
