Subscription Plans

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources and credits upon purchase, all subscription plan purchases made on the AI Exam Boost platform are **final and non-refundable**. Once a plan is purchased and the corresponding mock test credits are credited to your account, we cannot offer a refund or cancellation for that billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We believe in fair practice and will consider exceptions to our no-refund policy under the following specific circumstances:

  • Billing Error: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our payment gateway or platform.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If you purchased a plan but the corresponding credits or features were not activated in your account within 24 hours due to a verifiable technical failure on our end.

How to Request a Review for Exceptional Circumstances
